Welcome Inn Time Machine

For only one day the Welcome Inn was transformed into a "time- machine" where micro concerts took place in individual rooms allowing key moments in sound and music history to be experienced in a single location. Complete with different era's of music performances and live poetry reading, I'm glad I took a chance on this day only museum exhibition.

On another note, coming to the Inn brought me back to memories that I guess I could say aren't so pleasant. It's nice to be able to remember and realize that time goes on. What was once a place of unpleasant last memories can transform into something that does't bring back the shadows of the past. I just needed to enter that "time machine" to remember that.

Thrift finds

Thrifting is awesome! I find so many things at these second hand/vintage stores that I couldn't get at any retail stores. Low and behold my finds for today: A floral maxi skirt, Zebra Patterned Oxford boots, an American Apparel cropped top and a sturdy black cross bag. (:
